Where are you located?
Our design studio is based in Greenville, South Carolina. For local clients, we are happy to meet you in person to discuss your project needs. For those that aren’t local, we are happy to discuss your project over the phone.

Can I pay by credit card?
Absolutely. We accept all major credit cards including Amex, Mastercard and Visa and use Square for our credit card processing. A receipt will be emailed to you once your payment is complete.

How does your design process work (for logos, custom invitations, etc)?
First and foremost, we will discuss your specific project needs with you. After that, the estimate will be sent to you via email. Upon acceptance of the estimate, a design deposit will be due to secure your project and an estimated delivery date will be given. After the first round of concepts are presented to you, we will then make any necessary design modifications to finalize the project.

What is the price for your wedding invitations?
Due to the custom nature of the creative design that goes into each wedding invitation package and because there are many factors that effect the price (number of colors, complexity of design, quantity, number of pieces, etc.), each set will need to be quoted on an individual basis. Note: If email is more convenient for you, please include exactly which pieces you will need (ie: invitation, response card with envelopes (or response postcard), enclosure card, programs, etc.), the number of colors and the quantity. This will allow us to give you an accurate estimate for the design and printing. If you have a particular design style that you are looking for, please also specify this in the email.

What is the price for Custom Cards and Invitations (Birth Announcements, Graduation, Birthday Party, etc.)?
Our custom cards and invitations will depend on whether a flat postcard style or folded card is preferred. We can design and print pretty much anything, so if you are looking for something specific please let us know! A digital proof will be emailed to you for approval before your order is placed. Each set of cards/invitations will come with blank white envelopes.

Ordering design templates:
Our 5×7 card templates are located in the shop section of our website. The pre-designed card template price includes the design (a photo swap, if applicable and typesetting your information), plus the cost of printing. A digital proof will be emailed to you within 48 hours for approval before your order is placed. Each set of cards/invitations will come with blank white envelopes.

What are the different types of paper that you offer?
For our wedding invitations, we offer a smooth white or natural cover stock (Cougar Opaque 100#) as a standard paper. If you are looking to have your invitations printed on a specific type of paper, please let us know and we would be happy to quote it for you. For our printed template cards and custom invitations, you have the option of a premium matte or a textured art linen stock. These cards include plain white envelopes.

What is your turnaround time?
Wedding Invitations – Allow approximately 4-6 weeks for the entire process. This includes design time, printing and delivery (plus shipping if needed). If you are in a rush and need them sooner, please contact us.

Custom cards and Invitations – Allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for design time and printing.

Design templates – Allow 1 to 2 weeks for design time and printing.

Logo Development and other Marketing Materials – please contact us to discuss our current schedule and time frame.

Shipping time:
All shipping is UPS Ground (3-5 days depending on your location) unless specified otherwise. Expedited shipping rates are available if needed.
